FRAME SYSTEM | STRUCTURAL FRAME
Ease of Construction Without Skilled Labor or Heavy-lift Equipment — All wooden components of a CBI-Geodesic Dome are pre-engineered or pre-cut and pre-drilled to exacting specifications, and color-coded to make it easy for unskilled people to assemble them with precision and confidence.
The construction carcass is produced from wooden parts for wall & aluminium frame for window, Steel connection hubs: STAR type – 4-5-6 directions, powder painted. A set of instll kit.
Only basic hand tools are required to assemble the basic kit. Everything is precision cut and color coded for ease of assembly, and comes with complete blueprints and instructions. Only regular every day tools are needed and our complete instruction manuals make it a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. We do all the hard stuff, so you reap all the benefits. Once the kit is assembled, everything else is standard construction.
Each geodesic dome structure is designed according to load calculations. This in turn ensures safety and durability. Our structural engineers can calculate the maximum loads of the equipment suspended by the geodesic dome of regional norms -
DOCKE PIE | ROOF COVER SET
Known as a rubberized polymer, SBS stands for styrene-butadiene-styrene. This substance is blended with standard asphalt used in roofing shingles to give the final product a rubber-like quality. Essentially, the modified shingle is able to flex and resist damage when impacted by external forces such as hail. This technology has proven to provide superior impact, wind and water resistance. As added benefits, SBS shingles can be installed in lower temperatures and are shown to retain their surface granules better than traditional asphalt products.
COSMO TECH PANEL | ROOF COVER
Triangular shaped panels, façade slabs COSMO PANEL 25mm (Basic option), PVC-XPS-PVC structure of panels. Fastening elements for the slabs with a gasket. Installation glue set for seal treatment. White facade sealant-glue for the finishing and decorative works. A tin perimeter window sill for the waterproofing of the foundation. Gravitational ventillation system at the lower perimeter of the dome. A full installation set, and documentation for facade assembly.

SUN CONTROL GLASS PANELS | Glass façade : 6mm Glass – 18mm ARGON90% – 44,1 EN2PLUS laminated. Triangular windows glass laminated packet parts for corner roofs glass facades. The exterior glass is tempered, the thermo-frame has high moisture resistance, the internal 2 glass layers are laminated, safe glass. SOLAR CONTROL Glass packet with thermo coating for better heat insulation of the packet.
- Packet thickness: 6mm/16mm/4+4mm (30mm).

The exterior glass is tempered, the thermo-frame has high moisture resistance, the internal 2 glass layers are laminated, safe glass. Glass packet with thermo coating for better heat insulation of the packet. SOLAR CONTROL packet thickness: 6mm/16mm/4/16/4+4mm (50mm). Thermal conductivity UG: 0,5-0,8 W/m2. A set of bands for seal insulation. Installation glue set for seal treatment. A set of tin finishing parts with seal waterproofing. Seam insulation materials. Basic Set : Thermo 13 layer (0,033W/m2K). Parts for internal insulation of the dome wall, waterproof material.
It is thin, multi-reflector, multi-layer insulation system. Reflective thermo insulation material is produced using the technology that NASA has developed to protect the spacecrafts from extreme external factors (solar radiation and frost).
